APAM Esercizio spa is the network in charge of transportation services in Mantova and its provinces. Since 2008 APAM Esercizio Spa has been operating for the 54,92% of the shares owned by Apam Spa and the 45,08% owned by Ntl Srl.
Provincial Administration of Mantova, Municipality of Mantova and other 66 provincial municipalities of Mantova are in the charge of Apam Spa whereas ATB Mobilità Spa and Brescia Transporti Spa belong to Ntl Spa by 50%.
