Welcome to the new APAM ONLINE SHOP!

Anyone who needs to purchase a public transport pass for the first time must request the new Riticket pass.
How do I do it? After reading the Manual, enter on ONLINE SHOP and proceed with the card request. Log in and make sure you can upload a valid ID and tax code (both front and back) plus a color passport photo in. jpg or .png format.
How do I get it? Once your documents have been approved and the €10 card has been paid, you can choose to pick it up at our Infopoints in Mantua or Brescia or have it delivered by registered mail directly to your home.
Why get it now? To get it before the start of the school year and then purchase your pass online from the comfort of your home. Upon initial validation*, the pass will be reloaded onto the card; verify successful validation on the display.
Note: Only requests received by August 20, 2026, will be processed within 5 days and then mailed or made available at Infopoints. After this date, the season ticket campaign may take longer to launch.
*this process may take up to 3 days to complete, so please bring your purchase receipt with you until your card is recharged.

BEFORE PURCHASING OR RENEWING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE GUIDE OUTLINING THE AVAILABLE TICKET TYPES.
Do you already have a Riticket subscription card? Visit the ONLINE SHOP, link your card, and purchase your subscription; please note that the second installment of the annual subscription cannot be purchased via the online shop.
How do you load it onto the card? First, remember that the subscription must always be validated upon boarding the bus by checking the display message; upon the first validation, the subscription purchased online will be loaded directly onto your Riticket card*.
In addition to the option of purchasing and topping up travel passes online, please remember that they are also available at the 143 APAM retail outlets located throughout the Mantua and Brescia areas.

*this process may take up to 3 days to complete; therefore, we ask users to carry their purchase receipt with them until the card has been successfully topped up.
