APAM announces the resumption of the service connecting Mantua and Ferrara di Monte Baldo: every Sunday throughout the summer from June 14 to September 6, 2026 a bus will depart from Mantua, offering a convenient, fast, and affordable way to reach the most famous mountain near Lake Garda.
The service departs from the "MANTOVA FS" stop in Piazza Don Leoni (Mantua train station) at 7:30 AM, heading to Ferrara di Monte Baldo, with an arrival time of 9:08 AM.
The route includes stops at Viale Pitentino, Cittadella, Ponte Rosso, Sant'Antonio, Bancole, S. Lucia, Roverbella, Valeggio sul Mincio, Castelnuovo del Garda, Caprino Veronese, Pazzon, and Spiazzi di Monte Baldo.
The return trip departs from Ferrara di Monte Baldo at 5:40 PM and arrives in Mantua at 7:20 PM.
Spiazzi and Ferrara di Monte Baldo offer visitors various hiking trails to spend a day immersed in nature, admire the flora typical of this pre-Alpine area, or simply relax in the mountain tranquility.
Visitors can also explore the unique Sanctuary of Madonna della Corona, which houses fine artistic treasures and is remarkable for being nestled into sheer cliffs overlooking the Adige Valley.
To travel on Line 36, passengers must purchase an APAM interurban ticket (for example, the fare for the Mantua–Ferrara di Monte Baldo route is €7.40).
Tickets can be purchased at the APAM Infopoint in Piazza Cavallotti, at APAM sales outlets, and from ticket machines.
